Terms of Service

1. The service

We collect goods at our London warehouse (or at the agreed address for UK removals), ship goods between the UK and Vietnam through partners, and keep you updated on your order. Home delivery in Vietnam is paid by the receiver directly to the courier unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Price and actual weight

• The calculator price is an estimate based on what you enter.
• The final charge is based on the weight and dimensions ACTUALLY MEASURED at our warehouse. Volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000, rounded up) applies when it is greater than the actual weight.
• If the measured weight differs from the declared one we will tell you the difference; any extra must be paid before dispatch (or refunded if lower).
• Prices exclude VAT and any import duty/taxes the receiver may have to pay.

3. Prohibited and restricted goods

You confirm the goods contain nothing that carriers prohibit (for example loose lithium batteries, flammable liquids, aerosols, explosives, drugs, counterfeit goods, weapons, or anything banned under UK or Vietnamese law). The list in the app is for reference only; carriers may refuse other goods. We may refuse, hold or report prohibited goods to the authorities and you bear any resulting costs.

4. Declarations and customs

You are responsible for declaring the description and value of the goods truthfully. Duties, customs charges and delays caused by incorrect declarations or missing paperwork are your responsibility.

5. Payment and cancellation

Orders are processed once we confirm payment has arrived. You can cancel online before the goods are received at our warehouse; after that, please contact us. Any refund is made by the same payment method.

6. Delivery times and limitation of liability (draft)

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; customs, weather and carriers can cause delays.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the goods, up to [limit to be set by the company owner], unless you buy the optional insurance (when available).
• We are not liable for indirect loss (loss of profit or opportunity). Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

7. Your account

Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts showing signs of misuse.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer right to bring proceedings where they live under the law.
